At Conill Blanc we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, for how long and what rights you have over it, all in accordance with the Llei 29/2021, del 28 d'octubre, qualificada de protecció de dades personals (hereinafter, “LQPD”) of the Principat d'Andorra and the applicable implementing regulations.

Conill Blanc has not currently appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the cases of mandatory appointment provided for in the LQPD do not apply. Any query relating to the processing of personal data may be addressed directly to the controller via the email indicated.
2. Data we process and how we collect it
We process only the personal data you provide to us voluntarily. Specifically:
- Contact data by email: when you write to hola@conillblanc.com you provide us, as a minimum, with your email address and any additional data you choose to include in the message (name, company, telephone, project description, etc.).
- Browsing data: the website does not currently incorporate analytics or advertising tracking tools. If such tools were incorporated in the future, your prior consent would be requested through the cookie banner and both this policy and the cookie policy would be updated.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your queries, requests for information and quote requests.
- To manage the professional relationship and, where applicable, the provision of the contracted services.
- To comply with applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- To maintain regular communication regarding projects in progress or in preparation, where a prior relationship exists.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing your data varies depending on the purpose:
- Consent of the data subject when you write to us voluntarily or, where applicable, tick the relevant box (article 6.1(a) LQPD).
- Performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures when you request information about our services or a professional engagement exists (article 6.1(b) LQPD).
- Compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller, especially in tax and accounting matters (article 6.1(c) LQPD).
- Legitimate interest of the controller in maintaining the professional relationship with clients and in the security of the website, provided that such interest does not override your rights and freedoms (article 6.1(f) LQPD).
5. Retention period
Personal data will be kept for as long as the relationship with the controller is maintained and, once it has ended, for the periods legally required to address any liability arising from the processing. In particular, data linked to commercial transactions will be kept for the period laid down by Andorran tax and accounting legislation.
Email communications that do not result in a professional relationship will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months from the last contact, unless the data subject requests their erasure earlier.
6. Recipients and data transfers
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation. For the provision of the service we may rely on data processors (for example, the provider hosting the website and email) who access the data exclusively to provide the contracted service, subject to a processing agreement and the corresponding security measures.
The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, European Union). To the extent that any international transfer of data outside the Espai Econòmic Europeu may take place, it will be carried out only with the appropriate safeguards provided for in articles 41 et seq. of the LQPD.
7. Rights of the data subject
In accordance with the LQPD, you may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of the data when it is no longer necessary.
- Restriction of processing in certain cases.
- Objection to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Portability of the data in a structured and commonly used format.
- Not to be subject to automated individual decisions, including profiling, with legal or similarly significant effects.
- To withdraw the consent given at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the prior processing.
To exercise these rights you may send a request to hola@conillblanc.com, identifying yourself appropriately and indicating the right you wish to exercise. The request will be handled within the periods laid down by the LQPD.
8. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the current regulations, or that your rights have not been duly addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA), the supervisory authority for data protection of the Principat d'Andorra, through its website at apda.ad.
9. Security
Conill Blanc adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risks to which it is exposed.
10. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated to adapt to regulatory or case-law developments or to the evolution of the website itself. The version in force will always be the one published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
